All our Ice Cream Cafes bake their cones on the premises, using all fresh and natural ingredients. The aroma generated while baking cones draws the passerby to Geláre and works as a great merchandising tool for our stores.

Geláre Low Fat Frozen Yogurts

Geláre outlets offer a range of low-fat yogurts made from all natural ingredients formulated exclusively for Geláre. The yogurts, while low fat, have incredible taste and texture similar to our ice cream and are hand scooped in the same manner. Many of our customers are amazed at the similarity and simply cannot believe it is yogurt.

Geláre Freshly Baked Waffles

Geláre is renown for its Half Price Waffle Tuesdays. Served with Waffle Syrup and Freshly Whipped Cream these are as popular today as they were 20 years ago.

Geláre was the first in Australia to serve freshly baked Belgian Waffles in its Ice Cream Cafes, a move that soon was followed by others. Like all our products these waffles are made from fresh, all natural ingredients and served with a range of toppings such as Geláre Special Waffle Syrup, fresh cream and your choice of ice cream.

Geláre Freshly Baked Pancakes

Like all our products our pancakes are made fresh and they are not reheated frozen pancakes widely available in the market today. Made from fresh, all natural ingredients and served with a range of toppings such as Geláre Special Pancake Syrup, fresh cream, bananas, berries and your choice of ice cream.

Geláre Breakfast - Freshly Baked

Choose from pancakes , breakfast waffles and breakfast toast options including raisin toast and eggs and toast. All baked fresh on the premises.

Coffees and Beverages

Using a specially selected blend of roasted Arabica Beans, we have created the ultimate range of coffees for our customers. The Cafes offer a full coffee menu including flavoured coffees as well as teas and herbal beverages. Soft drinks, packaged fruit juices and water are also a part of our regular menu.

Gourmet Coffees (Made from 100% Arabica Beans)

Espresso, Cappuccino, Caffe Latte, Macchiato, Mocha, Caffe Latte with Chocolate, Vienna Coffee.

For Non-Coffee Drinkers

Hot Chocolate, Chocolate Syrup blended with steamed milk, Regular or Herbal Tea.

Cold Beverages

Milkshakes Made with one Scoop of Geláre Ice Cream, Thickshakes Made with two Scoops of Geláre Ice Cream, Choice of Iced Coffee, Iced Chocolate or Iced Cappuccino, Soft Drinks and Bottled Water.

Geláre ice cream, frozen yogurt and sorbet are produced with equipment that also processes peanuts, tree nuts, wheat (gluten), egg, dairy and soy products. Our manufacturing process adheres to the highest standards of pasteurization and sanitation. In order to prevent cross-contamination, allergenic ingredients are handled and processed separately in accordance with Best Manufacturing Practices.
